Which one haar....??

Of late, I have been fantasizing of becoming a photographer. But to start off, I have to get my gadgets in place. I've called many, many friends who are so called "professionals", who gave different views on the types of cameras in the market today. Of course, to take decent photographs, you need to have decently built cameras, which comes with SLR lenses (what the heck is SLR!!) and with decent mp (at least 7mp). So, I window shopped last nite and come to 2 conclusions.

Canon EOS 20D

Nikon DSLR D200

I really have no idea on which to buy. What say you?

hahaha.... looks like all wives think alike...

my last one I brought back... on the pretext that our next trip no camera so I "loaned" one from the company for the one i sent for warranty repair not back yet! (Though its already in my office drawer). And after I manage to convince her of the camera's nice pics... I conveniently "bought over" after the trip... I am sure she knows I klentong her kau kau... but she just said, "NO MORE"

But seriously if you are into wanting to fiddle around with a decent cam... get one semi-pro unit... 1400-2000 u can get a very nice set.

i wanna change my lousy digital camera too..
i will wait for ur purchase and ur review to help me in my decision-making.
i am still in doubt whether i should just settle for a better small portable DIGITAL CAMERA or straight jump to all these SLR..
DIGITAL CAMERA for me to brush up my skills before i aim for something better (SLR) or
straight SLR coz i love photography anyway...
